Amerigo DeVera is associate director of customer interaction analytics for TSYS. He is a 15-year veteran of the payments and financial services industry, having held several roles during his time at TSYS. Prior to his current role, DeVera served as on-site manager for TSYS Managed Services’ operations in the Philippines, where he was responsible for overall day-to-day contact center operations and executing a comprehensive plan to grow the company’s offshore servicing operations. Before that, DeVera served as a Six Sigma analyst for TSYS, and also worked as an associate director of training and documentation. DeVera holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbus State University and a master’s from Troy University.
