As Managing Director of HNWs Retail Banking Practice, Leslie Paladin serves as a retail marketing strategist to the firms financial services client base. She provides strategic counsel concerning business development, data analysis, interpreting consumer research and client segmentation. Specifically, Leslie supports clients with affluent client acquisition, portfolio growth, client satisfaction and loyalty enhancements. From a classical marketing perspective, she consults on branding and positioning, product development and integrated marketing campaigns.Before coming to HNW, Leslie was responsible for building the mass affluent retail client segment at Citigroup, which included repositioning the Citigold brand. She was also at the forefront of deposit product marketing for various retail customer segments at Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase). Leslie began her career working in brand management working at various companies including Procter & Gamble, Bristol Myers-Squibb and Revlon International. She graduated from the University of MissouriColumbia with a BA in journalism.
