Lee Lewis is a leader on Gallagher’s national Innovation Advisory Group and his consulting team pioneers breakthroughs to improve the cost, quality and design of jumbo employer benefits. He has provided advisement to Fortune 10 employers, insurance companies, the Departments of Justice and Labor, and industry-changing startups.

His team has a track record of industry-first breakthroughs:

1. It pioneered specialty drug clinical purchasing (without using a PBM) to eliminate a third of specialty drug costs, winning his client a Diamond Innovation Award at the Global Healthcare Congress.
2. Brought monthly health plan audits to large private employers for millions in disruption-free annual savings, winning his Fortune 100 client an Industry Top 10 Innovation Award at the Healthcare Revolution.
3. Currently developing industry first ‘Superclinic’ concept to augment primary care with cardiometabolic, musculoskeletal and care referral patterns to reverse healthcare trend for a decade.
