Carrie-Marquardt

Currently serving as our Benefits & HR Solutions Practice Leader, Carrie Marquardt joined Maestro Health in September 2016 to manage the advisor strategy and generate channel development. She has extensive experience in HR technology consulting, and previously worked at Gruppo Marcucci where she managed the benefits administration practice including evaluating service providers, aiding clients with outsourcing strategy and managing RFPs to help find the best fit ben admin solutions. She also worked in financial advisory services for private equity investors. Carrie applies her analytic, documentation, client relations and negotiation skills to the benefits administration industry and works to explore and understand system needs, current processes and technology, and organizational culture and business environments to effectively identify best-fit solutions.
