Christine Rinehart

Christine Rinehart is a Consulting Director and has been with Truven Health Analytics for eleven years. Ms. Rinehart has extensive experience working with healthcare data from an analytic and strategic perspective. In her current role, she leads an analytic team that supports over 40 large employer clients where she provides leadership for the execution of high quality analytics and actionable recommendations. She has conducted numerous data mining investigations and identified opportunities for clients. She also mentors and develops managers and staff to their highest potential performance level.

In her previous role as Service Delivery Manager, she was responsible for leading a team of analytic consultants in ensuring that clients’ healthcare information needs were met through the management of database and analytic services. In this role, she also designed, supported and delivered new and on-going analytic engagements with customers, including efforts around disease and care management, quality reporting and clinical and financial management.

Since joining Truven Health Analytics in 2006, Ms. Rinehart has held a variety of analytic roles including Analytic Consultant and Senior Analytic Consultant in both the Payer and Government markets. In those roles she worked closely with customers to understand and address their healthcare information needs and to ensure that customers received the most value from healthcare decision support systems. She identified and executed analyses on healthcare costs, access, utilization, and quality. In addition, as an expert user of Advantage Suite, Ms. Rinehart helped her clients use Truven Health’s solutions to support and drive business decisions. Her customers included state governments and large Fortune 500 employers.

Before joining the company in 2006, Ms. Rinehart worked in various arenas of the healthcare industry. Most recently, she was a Disease Management Intern for Universal Care, Inc (now Health Net), where she conducted disease management effectiveness analytics for a regional health plan. She also worked for the Orange County Health Care Agency in Orange County, California as a Research Intern. In this role, she conducted a variety of public health analytics ranging from local birth trends to bioterrorism readiness assessments for the county.
