Michelle Kozyra


Michelle is a Senior Manager of Analytics & Consulting and has worked in employee benefit analytics for 11 years, nine of which have been with Truven Health. Prior to joining Truven Health Analytics, Michelle held healthcare analytics roles with the General Board of Pensions and Health Benefits of the United Methodist Church as well as in the Actuarial Department of the Michigan Department of Community Health.

Most recently, Michelle has lead the analytic and consulting strategy for some of Truven’s largest manufacturing clients as well as for our largest channel partner relationship. Michelle’s key interests are population health analytics, integrated employee wellness programs, and linking clients’ benefits strategies with actionable analytics. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Health from Emory University.
