Sean Clem
Vice President, Technology Marketplace and Engagement Solutions, Pacific Resources

Sean Clem is responsible for overseeing the vetting and implementation of new technology, marketplace (exchange) and consumer engagement solutions.

Sean joined Pacific Resources from Aon Hewitt, where he spent more than 14 years consulting on a variety of employee benefits topics and working in several areas including benefits plan design, pricing, contributions, union bargaining, Medicare Part D, health care exchanges and benefits administration for multiple Fortune 25 clients. Prior to Aon Hewitt (Hewitt Associates), Sean served in roles in the pharmaceutical and pre-hospital clinical settings and earlier in his career he was the director of data management and technology at Indiana University.

Sean is an industry thought leader who is quoted frequently in various employee benefit publications and he is regularly asked to speak at industry events on the topic of employee benefits technology. Sean was named 2016 Technology Advisor of the Year and 2017 Benefits Thought Leader to Know by Employee Benefits Adviser.
Sean holds an A.S. in emergency medical science from Fayetteville Technical Community College and a B.A. in criminal justice from Indiana University.
