Patrick Stewart, CEO of Innovu, will moderate a panel discussion at the 2016 Workplace Benefits Mania about how to grow your business faster than you thought possible. The Atlantic City session will cover five methods to help you grow, including social media, lead systems, prospecting systems, innovation and increasing employee participation.
Panelists include Gus Georgiadis, the area president of Arthur J. Gallagher and Co., and Ian George, the managing partner of Blueprint Financial Partners, LLC, as well as a brokerage director for Mass Mutual Pittsburgh.
Georgiadis was one of the founding members of Triad USA, which was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher and Co. in 2012. During the panel discussion, he says, he hopes to impart on advisers some knowledge about what worked well for his firm’s growth, including the “different innovative approaches and tactics” they used, as well as “best practices and lessons learned in the process of growing that business.”
He adds, “What I hope to impart is simply what worked well and how did we deploy those tactics to differentiate ourselves from the competition to be successful and grow. Also, what are we doing today to build on all those successes and best practices and ensure that we are able to continue to grow.”
