The retirement services division of American United Life Insurance Company has selected Scott Pawlich as regional sales director for Michigan. Prior to joining AUL Pawlich was vice president for institutional sales for Diversified Investment Advisors. … Joe Gibson and Daniel Roebuck have been appointed as retirement plan wholesalers with Mutual of Omaha and Joe Reese and Paul Tavella join the company as well as regional sales directors. Prior to joining Mutual of Omaha Gibson was vice president and 401(k) regional marketing director for AXA Financial Service, LLC. Roebuck most recently was a partner at AlphaBridge Financial. Reese oversaw Mutual of Omaha’s sales efforts for the bank channel and Tavella was a manager of compliance and sales support where he worked with Mutual of Omaha’s retirement plan wholesalers. … Lisa Caputo joins The Travelers Companies, Inc. as executive vice president of marketing and communications. The appointment is effective June 1. Caputo joins Travelers from Citigroup where she was managing director and senior banker of the public sector group of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group. … Jay Dinunzio joins Dietrich & Associates as vice president senior consultant. According to a press release, prior to joining Dietrich, Dinunzio worked for two of the largest insurance carrier providers of pension annuity products.
