MassMutual Retirement Services welcomes Douglas Ragusa and Daniel Fay to their staff.  Ragusa is now the director of Taft-Hartley client relationship management. He is responsible for managing Taft-Hartley client relationships nationwide and brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Fay is now the key account manager and focuses on strengthening MassMutual's relationships with the company's key accounts and retirement plan advisory firms in the Eastern region. Fay brings with him more than 16 years of experience in the retirement services industry. … Bruce Grant joins the team at CBIZ Employee Services as a benefits consultant in Tucson, Ariz., and brings more than 27 years of experience to this position. … Chris DeGrassi joins the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries as executive director over The National Sheltered Tax Accountants Association and Assistant Executive Director over The National Association of Plan Advisors. He joins ASPPA from Security Benefit, where he was an assistant vice president handling the marketing and distribution of retirement plans for teachers. DeGrassi brings more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry including, sales, marketing, product management and business development at both Zurich Life and Security Benefit. … Timothy McGee joins Leading Edge Retirement Plan Advisors, LLC. and will serve as a retirement plan specialist for the Southwest Florida marketplace. His focus will be on offering clients services including assistance with retirement plan design and implementation and fiduciary education. He is a 15-year veteran of the financial services industry and prior to joining Leading Edge he served as a regional benefits and human resources consultant for Paychex in Southwest Florida for the past five years. New York Life Insurance Company names Rodger K. Johnson as council president, an honor bestowed annually on the New York Life agent with the company’s highest sales and service achievements. Johnson has represented New York Life for 30 years and is a financial adviser and a registered representative whose business focus is meeting the financial needs of small businesses, pre-retired and retired persons and high net-worth families.  His office based in Tyler, Texas helps him serve families and businesses.
