ECFC adds membership options

The Employers Council on Flexible Compensation recently announced two new membership options that will help recruit a more diverse cross-section of industry stakeholders to the organization. The ECFC now offers a total of four membership categories:

Industry: Available to third party administrators, plan service providers, employee benefit consultants, card processing companies and associations, insurance carriers, banks, industry software vendors, payroll processing companies, and other members of the flexible compensation industry.

Plan sponsor: Available to employers who offer, promote or are interested in tax-advantaged flexible compensation plans. 

Associate: Available to individuals and entities who provide advice and ancillary services to plan sponsors and/or industry members or who are otherwise interested in the flexible compensation field (including independent insurance agents and brokers, health care practitioners, CPAs, actuaries, and employee benefit lawyers).

Individual: Available to individuals who are employees of state and federal government, educators, and students.
