Employee benefits law experts tracked on website

Leading employee benefit law practitioners willing to act as mediators or expert witnesses in legal disputes can now be found by logging onto The American College of Employee Benefits Counsel’s website.

“About the Fellows” is sponsored by the College. Users can find employee benefits practitioners who are willing to offer their expertise on a range of subject matter.

When registering on the website each Fellow includes biographical information as well as times of availability; whether they are an expert, mediator or both; and choose from 12 employee benefit areas in which they have relevant experience.

The College does not review or edit the information provided by the Fellows, according to the website.

College membership requires a minimum of 20 years of experience, as well as a demonstrated and sustained commitment to the development and pursuit of public awareness and understanding of the law of employee benefits. The Fellows are also required to provide exceptionally high-quality professional services to clients, the bar and the public, according to the website.
