Next month, us EBNers will cut the ribbon on our new office nap room. We are very excited about this and feeling quite proud of ourselves for following the psychological and physical evidence pointing to the benefits of naps.
We feel ourselves getting healthier, more alert and more productive already.
And of course, as a group that likes our sleep, we’re looking forward to all the napping.
However, other than four walls and darkness, we’re kind of clueless about what to put in our nap room to make it the very best it can be. An alarm clock, obviously, but what else? Pillows, cots, soothing music, aromatherapy? We’re doing some research, but want to get take advantage of your first-hand experience as well.
