Of the more than 418 Americans surveyed, Korn Ferry finds that less than 60% say they are rewarded for a job well-done.

“I think going forward what we’re seeing, especially with millennials, money is not what drives them,” says Damon. “What drives them is that 1) they want to make a difference and 2) they want to feel like what they are doing is important, and they also want to feel like they are growing personally.”
