Built for Teams’ system allows small and midsize employers to consolidate and maintain employee records. Customized fields allow HR managers to track workers’ progress.
Centranum’s succession software helps employers develop staff career plans, track performance metrics and identify employees for advancement opportunities.
DeepTalent’s software automates self, peer and supervisor reviews and collects analytical data to create goals. The software maps skills such as leadership, management, drive, empathy, strategic ability and work preferences.
PeopleQlik’s talent management module pinpoints key employees within an organization and evaluates possible successors by evaluating workers’ abilities for specific roles.
Vibe HCM’s software uses employee data to develop employee performance plans. The system makes nine talent assessments such as “take action,” “future contributor” and “consistent performer,” to help HR professionals ID talent and fill positions.
The software maker said it increased the proportion of both groups by 0.3 percentage points in the past year, with Black workers rising to 4.9% of its U.S. workforce and Latino employees increasing to 6.6%.
